Chicken In Cream

Total Time: 1 hr 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 chicken breasts, skinned and halved
  • 1 1/2 ounces butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 150 ml double cream
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown the chicken in the butter, season well and remove from heat.
  • 2 place cooked chicken, parsley, mint and cream into an oven-proof covered dish.
  • 3 place in pre-heated oven at 200 degrees celsius for about 1 hour, turning the twice chicken during cooking.
