Chicken In Mustard Sauce, Weight Watchers Style

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken breast, skinned and deboned
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup wine (can substitute broth)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 3/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 sray non-stick pan with cookin spray.
  • 2 sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.
  • 3 saute chicken until brown.
  • 4 remove chicken and set aside.
  • 5 add wine or broth to skillet, stir to deglaze particles stuck to pan.
  • 6 combine flour with 1/4 cup milk, stiring until smooth.
  • 7 add to skillet, then add remaining milk and mustard.
  • 8 cook on medium heat and stir until blended.
  • 9 add chicken and simmer 5 minutes.
