Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops, butterfly
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
- flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 heat oil in large pan.
- 3 spread both sides of each chop with mustard.
- 4 dip in flour to coat.
- 5 brown chops in hot oil.
- 6 transfer chops to baking dish and top with soup.
- 7 cover tightly with foil and bake for 1 hour.
