Doggie Gravy

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)

Recipe

  • 1 boil chicken breast for about 1/2 an hour, remove to cool. add flour to chicken water. beat out lumps.
  • 2 add pre-beaten eggs.
  • 3 cook on low heat until it's done thickening.
  • 4 pulverize chicken in food processor.
  • 5 add to flour/egg gravy. you may need to add more water if the gravy is too thick.
  • 6 note: unfortunately this gravy doesn't freeze well.i would be sure to use up all the gravy within 3 days.
