Doggy Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons beef bouillon granules (or cubes, crushed) or 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules (or cubes, crushed)
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • 2 grease muffin tins if not using paper liners.
  • 3 in a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
  • 4 in a small bowl, mix together the milk and egg.
  • 5 pour the milk/egg mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until moistened.
  • 6 spoon batter into prepared muffin tins, filling each half full.
  • 7 bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 8 let rest in tins for 5 minutes, then finish cooling on cooling rack.
  • 9 makes 12-15 muffins.
  • 10 note: you can vary this recipe by adding some bacon bits and/or sprinkling shredded cheese on top of muffins during last 5 minutes of cooking time.
