Easy Potato Soup

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 20 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and bell peppers
  • 1 red sweet bell pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 28 ounces chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 10 ounces cream of celery soup
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces whipping cream
  • 4 fresh green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Recipe

  • 1 combine potatoes, bell pepper, chicken broth and water in large saucepan and bring to a boil. cover, reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.
  • 2 stir in both soups and whipping cream and stirring well, heat until throughly hot. garnish with green onions.
