Crock Pot Sesame-seed Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken thighs in slow cooker.
  • 2 whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl well, then pour over chicken, making sure to get sauce on every piece.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
