Ingredients

- 3 lbs skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sherry wine
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Recipe
- 1 place chicken thighs in slow cooker.
- 2 whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl well, then pour over chicken, making sure to get sauce on every piece.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
