Easy Chicken

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 (8 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, melt butter and saute the celery.
  • 2 mix the chicken broth and flour.
  • 3 add chicken and broth mixture to skillet.
  • 4 simmer covered for 10 minutes.
  • 5 flip the chicken over and simmer uncovered for five more minutes.
  • 6 sauce should thicken as it cools.
  • 7 salt and pepper to taste.
