Easy Chicken And Biscuits

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of celery soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's cream of potato soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups cut-up vegetables
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken, turkey or 2 cups ham
  • 1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 10 biscuits

Recipe

  • 1 in a 3-quart shallow baking dish mix soups, milk, thyme, pepper, vegetables and chicken.
  • 2 bake at 400f for 15 minutes or until hot.
  • 3 stir. arrange biscuits over chicken mixture. bake 15 minutes more or until biscuits are golden.
  • 4 tip: to microwave vegetables, in 2-quart shallow microwave-safe baking dish arrange vegetables and 1/4 cup water. cover . microwave on high for 10 minutes.
