• 6 boneless chicken breasts
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 teaspoon beau monde seasoning
• butter
• 2 tablespoons water
• 1 pint sour cream
• paprika

Recipe

• 1 coat chicken breasts in flour and seasoning.
• 2 brown on both sides lightly in butter in a skillet.
• 3 place browned chicken in a baking dish; add pan drippings and 2 tablespoons water.
• 4 cover each breast with sour cream and sprinkle paprika on top.
• 5 cover baking dish tightly with foil.
• 6 bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until chicken is done.
