Easy Lamb Chops Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 garlic salt (i used minced garlic)
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 -6 lean lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup (i used 2 cans)
Recipe
- 1 mix flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic and dredge the chops with the mixture.
- 2 heat the oil in a skillet and brown the chops on both sides.
- 3 place the chops in the crock and add the soup.
- 4 cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- 5 good over rice or noodles.
- 6 i served it with peas and applesauce.
