Easy Lemon Chicken

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 whole chicken (cut thru back to lay flat)
  • lemon juice
  • oregano
  • garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken thru the back part way to lay flat in a 13x9 inch casserole dish.
  • 2 pour lemon juice over chicken, about 1/4" juice in pan.
  • 3 add spices on top of chicken.
  • 4 refrigerate for about 1 hour,turning once.
  • 5 bake at 350 uncovered for 1 hour,covered for 1 hour.
  • 6 pour juices over chicken when serving.
