Coca Cola & Ketchup Chicken From Barbados

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 4 lbs chicken, cut up into serving sized pieces
• 1 cup coca-cola
• 1 cup ketchup
• salt & pepper

Recipe

• 1 mix together the coca cola & ketchup in a bowl.
• 2 place the chicken pieces in a buttered baking dish.
• 3 pour the sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with salt & pepper.
• 4 bake in a preheated 350 degree f oven for about an hour uncovered, until the chicken is tender and has a nice glaze.
