Easy Chicken Adobo

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb chicken thighs (bone in, skin on) or 1 lb chicken breast (bone in, skin on)
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar (i like to use marukan)
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppercorn
- 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove (crushed and chopped)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 wash chicken well.
- 2 put all ingredients into a medium to large cooking pot.
- 3 let chicken soak in pot for 30 minutes.
- 4 turn stove to medium heat, and bring ingredients to a boil.
- 5 let boil, without stirring, for 30 minutes.
- 6 turn heat to low, and let simmer for 15 minutes longer, or until chicken is cooked through.
