Chicken Paprika

Ingredients

- 4 -8 chicken thighs
- 1 medium onion
- 1/4 cup bacon, chopped (or butter or both)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- salt
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 skin thighs.
- 2 wilt onion in bacon or butter.
- 3 add paprika, chicken, and salt; brown.
- 4 add water and simmer till tender (about 45 min.).
- 5 remove chicken from pan.
- 6 mix sour cream and flour thoroughly.
- 7 stir sour cream mixture carefully into pan.
- 8 strain over chicken.
- 9 serve over rice or noodles or dumplings.
