Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry (drinking kind-not cooking sherry)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients, except baking soda, and mix.
- 2 add baking soda and mix.
- 3 it will begin to froth, and that's normal.
- 4 place meat (beef, chicken, lamb, venison) in resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 20 minutes up to several hours.
