Dria's Country Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients

• 8 kaiser rolls
• 8 chicken tenderloins
• 8 slices country ham
• 8 slices havarti cheese
• 8 tablespoons mustard
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tablespoon sage
• 2 tablespoons sea salt
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 2 tablespoons garlic powder
• 2 tablespoons poultry seasoning
• 2 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
• 2 cups peanut oil

Recipe

• 1 combine eggs and buttermilk.
• 2 combine flour and spices.
• 3 dredge chicken through egg and buttermilk.
• 4 coat with seasoned flour.
• 5 fry in oil about six minutes on each side.
• 6 fry ham in a little butter.
• 7 spread mustard on rolls and add cheese.
