Chicken Yakitori

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into 1-1/2 inch square
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine or 1 tablespoon sake
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients (except chicken). soak chicken in sauce overnight. charcoal, pan fry, or skewer, if desired, with onion and green pepper and broil.
