Baked Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed
  • chili powder
  • salt & fresh ground pepper
  • 10 chicken wings

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
  • 2 combine the garlic, chili powder, paprika, curry powder, cornflour, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large, resealable bag; seal and shake to combine. add the chicken wings; reseal and shake to coat. arrange the chicken wings on a baking rack.
  • 3 cook the wings in the preheated oven 1 hour, or until crisp and cooked through.
