- 1 cup lentils
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 onions (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 (400 g) can tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons red wine
- 1 tablespoon tomato relish
- 3 teaspoons chicken stock powder
- 2 cups water, to cover
Recipe
- 1 place all in crockpot, with chicken on top.
- 2 8 hours on low.
