Chicken Curry

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-in cubes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 -2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 brown chicken in non-stick skillet.
  • 2 add spice mixture.
  • 3 add chicken broth.
  • 4 bring to boil.
  • 5 reduce to low heat, and simmer 45 minutes to an hour.
  • 6 mix cornstarch with water. add to mixture. it should thicken into a nice gravy.
  • 7 serve over rice or egg noodles.
