Chicken With Pineapple

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken pieces
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons spring onions, finely sliced (for garnishing)
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 10 g young ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 200 g pineapple, 1/2 cm thick wedges
- 2 tablespoons fresh chili
- 1 tablespoon light sauce
Recipe
- 1 marinate the chicken pieces with combine ingredients a in a casserole for 1 hour.
- 2 mix cornflour and water.

- 4 cover and cook on power medium-high for 10 minutes.
- 5 stir in cornflour mixture towards last 5 minutes of cooking time.
