Baked Chicken In Orange Chili Sauce

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce, cattleman classic
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade, king kelly
  • 1/2 cup thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 whole chickens

Recipe

  • 1 place the barbecue sauce, orange marmalade, chili sauce and salt into a mixing bowl and blend together and set aside until needed.
  • 2 place the chicken and remove the back bone and breast bone and split the chicken down the breast. repeat these steps.

  • 4 in a baking pan place the 4 chicken halve and pour in the sauce and cover top and bottom of the chicken halve and set stand for 30 minutes.
  • 5 preheat the oven to 350° and place the baking pan and bake for 45 minutes and remove from oven and spoon the sauce over the chicken halve and cover with a sheet of alum foil for 30 minutes.
