Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup korean bulgogi marinade
- 1/3 cup thai chili lime cashews
- 1/2 teaspoon sambal oelek chili paste
- sesame oil (a couple shakes)
- 1 pinch chinese five spice powder
- 2/3 cup pineapple juice
- 3 pineapple slices
- 1 tablespoon gingerroot
Recipe
- 1 put it all in the crock pot and cook on high for 5-7 hours.
