Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken ( Good For Weight Watchers! )

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 4 large fresh garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 (8 ounce) can low-fat cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups rice
Recipe
- 1 place everything in a crock pot, except for the rice, and cook on high for 5 hours. after 5 hours, remove chicken and cut into small chunks. put back into sauce mix and add two cups quick cooking rice. cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
