Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken ( Good For Weight Watchers! )

Total Time: 6 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large fresh garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 (8 ounce) can low-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups rice

Recipe

  • 1 place everything in a crock pot, except for the rice, and cook on high for 5 hours. after 5 hours, remove chicken and cut into small chunks. put back into sauce mix and add two cups quick cooking rice. cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
