Easy Hot Chicken Salad

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, strips should be cut into small pieces
  • 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
  • 2 cups potato chips, crushed
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 combine first 5 ingrediants into a bowl and mix well.
  • 3 pour contents into a 9x9 pyrex dish.
  • 4 mix crushed potato chips and pamasian cheese well. pour on top of chicken mixture.
  • 5 bake for 30 minutes!
