Easy Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, strips should be cut into small pieces
- 1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
- 2 cups potato chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 combine first 5 ingrediants into a bowl and mix well.
- 3 pour contents into a 9x9 pyrex dish.
- 4 mix crushed potato chips and pamasian cheese well. pour on top of chicken mixture.
- 5 bake for 30 minutes!
