Ingredients

- 10 chicken pieces (legs or wings)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce or 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 pinch ginger
Recipe
- 1 wash chicken and take skin off or leave on chicken pieces (your preference) and place in crock pot.
- 2 stir together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- 3 cook on low for 8 hours.
