Chive Sauce For Steak

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons chives, chopped or 3 tablespoons shallots, minced or 3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cognac
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons beef broth or 2 teaspoons chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon butter
Recipe
- 1 heat skillet over medium high heat. add chives and cook about 10 seconds. add cognac and stir.
- 2 add parsley, mustard, and worcestershire sauce. add beef (or chicken) broth and stir.
- 3 swirl in 1 tablespoon butter and serve.
