Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 8 chicken breasts, cooked & cubed
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • raisins
  • sliced grapes

Recipe

  • 1 mix 1st five ingredients well.
  • 2 add next three ingredients.
  • 3 add raisins & sliced grapes to your liking.
  • 4 serve on a bed of lettuce or in a croissant.
