Ingredients

- 1 cup long grain rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 green onion, minced
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients together in a saucepan.
- 2 cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes until water is absorbed.
- 3 when done, fluff rice.
