- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken pieces (4 to 6)
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 place melted butter, soy sauce, cranberry juice, orange juice, cinnamon and chicken pieces into a large baking dish, turn chicken to coat.
- 3 bake until chicken juices run clear, about 45 minutes.
