Easy As Chicken Pot Pie!

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken breast, cooked (or 2 small)
  • 1 (14 ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 5 grands buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 f.
  • 2 chop chicken breast and potato into bite-sized pieces.
  • 3 in a medium bowl, mix together vegetables, chicken, potato, and soup. add pepper to taste.
  • 4 pour mixture into 8" x 8" square pan and bake for about 40 minutes.
  • 5 remove from oven and top with 5 biscuits. brush biscuit with melted butter and sprinkle with pepper.
  • 6 bake for additional 15 minutes or until biscuits are cooked.
